    Prince Harry and Meghan Markle donate to charities in Nigeria after devastating Flooding

    Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly made a donation to charities in Nigeria to provide relief for victims of the flood disaster.

    A Spotify spokeswoman confirmed that the couple’s Archewell Foundation contributed to Save the Children and Unicef in a press release that preceded the show.

    According to the spokeswoman, the charity will benefit from the specific gifts as they “assist offer relief following severe floods causing havoc in Nigeria.”

    “More than 1.5 million children are at risk after devastating flooding in Nigeria.”, according to to Save the Children Nigeria, which also verified the gift in a tweet.

    ‘Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Foundation has donated to Save the Children in Nigeria as our teams deliver life-saving supplies to affected families.’

    More than 600 people have died as a result of floods in Nigeria that were brought on by torrential rain and a water release from a dam in the neighboring Cameroon. Approximately 1.4 million people have also been displaced, and 440,000 hectares of crops have been damaged or destroyed.
