Prospective Service Personnel the used the old NSS Posting Portal (nssghonline.com or posting.nssghana.org) to check their Posting Status are advised to use the new NSS Portal (portal.nss.gov.gh).
How to Login to the NSS Portal Dashboard
Requirements
You must have the proper credentials to access the NSS Portal Dashboard. The requirements are ;
- a valid “user ID”
- password
Steps to Login to NSS Portal
1. Visit the NSS website via https://portal.nss.gov.gh/
2. Click on the “Sign In” button on the top left.
You have the option to sign in as one of the following;
- Sign In As Int’l & Local Applicant
- Sign In As Personnel
- Sign In As Institution/User Agency
3. Enter your User ID and Password.
4. Click on “Login”.
NSS Portal Services
Here are the services offered on the NSS portal dashboard;
1. CHECK & PAY FOR PINCODE: To check your pin code with your school ID or index number, and access the payment options, to commence your enrolment.
2. INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION FOR PINCODE – INT’L GRADUATES: For Graduate of international tertiary institution.
3. INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION FOR PINCODE – LOCAL GRADUATES: For Graduates from Ghanaian institution prior to the current.
4. SIGN IN AS PERSONNEL TO CHECK 2021 & 2022 POSTING: To sign in and check where you have been posted for the current service year.
5. ONLINE REGISTRATION – ENROLMENT: Click here to complete your online enrolment to be mobilised for the current service year.
6. CHECK 2017 POSTING: To check the posting for 2017 Batch service year.
7. VERIFY NSS CERTIFICATE: To verify the authenticity of an NSS certificate.
8. REQUEST NSS CERTIFICATE: To request for your NSS certificate to be picked up or delivered to your location of choice.
